Lois A. Fritz, 61 of Lambertville, MI, died Sunday, August 17, 2014, at Aspen Grove Assisted Living, Lambertville, MI. Born March 16, 1953 in Toledo, OH, she was the daughter of Raymond and Helyn (Riseborough) Parker. A 1971 graduate of Whitmer High School, she married Ronald “Buddy” W. Fritz on March 18, 1972. Lois was employed as a receptionist for Aspen Grove Assisted Living in Lambertville, MI for over 7 years. Prior, she worked for Valley Farm Foods (Foodtown) for 12 years, but left in 1982 to raise her family. She was an active member of Westgate Chapel, where she had served as a deaconess, Sunday school teacher and youth group leader. She enjoyed visiting lighthouses, Mackinac Island and Disney World. Lois was a caregiver to many and will forever be remembered for her love and compassion.

Lois is survived by her loving husband Ronald “Buddy.” Daughter, Emily (Nicholas). Granddaughter, Brooklyn. Brothers, Ronald (Sue), Marvin (Joyce) and Dennis (Sandy) Parker. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be from 3-8 pm Friday, August 22, 2014, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where funeral services will be held Saturday, August 23, 2014, at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Whiteford Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Westgate Chapel (missions fund).

The family wishes to thank the entire staff at Aspen Grove Assisted Living for the loving care given to Lois during her illness.
